The Partial Pre-Qualification Training under the FAMFISK Project is currently ongoing at JOOUST Main Campus, running from 4th to 8th August 2025. The training equips Faculty and Local Machinery Ring Stakeholders with practical skills in Farm machinery operation, Maintenance, Hydraulics, and Welding. Hosted under the Fostering Agricultural Machinery & Food Technology in Senegal & Kenya (FAMFISK) initiative, the programme features Indoor sessions, Field demonstrations, and Excursions. Led by experts from the bbw Machinery Rings Foundation, Germany, the activity reflects JOOUST’s commitment to advancing Agricultural Sector Modernization through the Machinery Ring Concept as an entry point to Community development, Technology transfer and Capacity building in Kenya and the region.
